p0443 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the p0443 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. Continued use of this platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the p0443 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the p0443 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the p0443 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
The p0443 platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction to access online entertainment services. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on p0443. All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. p0443 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents. Registration using false or fraudulent information will result in immediate account closure and the freezing of all associated funds.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account access. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity that occurs through your account will be treated as your own unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the p0443 support team. Always use a strong, unique password for your p0443 account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a p0443 user, you agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purposes, including fraud, money laundering, or any activity that harms other users or the platform itself.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the p0443 platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access the platform
- Opening multiple accounts to circumvent limits or claim bonuses repeatedly
- Sharing your account with others or selling access to your account
- Manipulating the payment system or transactions
- Distributing harmful, obscene, or unlawful content through the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's technical infrastructure
- Collecting other users' data without consent
- Any action that compromises the integrity of fair play
Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice, balance freezing, and legal action where necessary.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policies
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the p0443 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX bank transfers, e-wallets such as TNG eWallet and GrabPay, and other methods listed under the Wallet section of your account. All deposits must be processed through verified payment methods registered under the same user's name.
Fund Withdrawals
Withdrawals are only processed to accounts or e-wallets registered under the same user's name. Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days. p0443 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals above certain amounts.
Account Suspension & Closure
P0443 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account that violates these terms, engages in suspicious activity, or fails to complete the verification process. Where an account is legitimately closed with no policy breach, any eligible balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation. Funds linked to fraudulent activity or policy violations may be forfeited.

Liability Limitations & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limitations
P0443 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures beyond our control.
The p0443 platform is provided "as is". While we make every effort to ensure the platform remains available at all times, we do not guarantee that it will always be free from interruptions or technical errors. Users are advised not to rely solely on the platform for important financial decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, interfaces, and code on the p0443 platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from p0443.
Third-Party Links, Terms Updates & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The p0443 platform may utilise third-party services such as payment processors, game providers, and verification systems. p0443 is not responsible for the privacy policies, security, or content of those third parties. Users who access third-party services through this platform do so at their own risk.
Right to Amend Terms
P0443 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms will always be available on this page with a clear effective date. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the p0443 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
